A good bottom line manager can meet the target productivity rate by putting pressure on top of the team. A people manager focuses more on the quality of the work done by the team members. If you want to have a team working for both the productivity and quality, make sure that you can combine the two ways of managing.
Integrity is needed in order to become a good leader. Your dedication in your work will be seen by your team if you have integrity. Basing on the history, integrity is one trait that all great leaders have in common. Leadership is not possible without integrity. If you will not have integrity as a trait, you can never lead properly. All your goals for your company can be achieved through good leadership.
